The Dip into Windows Azure Trial* is designed to help Independent IT Contractors quickly and easily skill-up and experiment with the Azure Platform so they are ready to contract into the Azure marketplace once the product is commercially available.

Further to the other audience tracks applicable to Contractors (see Developers, Web Developers), the Dip into Windows Azure Trial will:

• Allow Contractors to acquire skills and experience to be able to contract into the Azure market place
• Make use of Contractor downtime with relevant experiment and training opportunities
• Ensure you are the most skilled in the marketplace – there is no official Azure training available until well after the product is commercially available
• Register you onto the DreamTeam Azure ready pool – participating in the Dip into Windows Azure trial will mean you are automatically placed in the ‘Azure exposed’ ICS Solutions DreamTeam pool, where you will be the first ICS Solutions come to to discuss contracting for Azure projects and availability of Microsoft Azure training and certifications
